We are unable to fulfill individual requests for specific images at this time.

RETURNS

Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns.

If you would like to cancel an order before it has shipped, please email us at FOTOFOLIOSHOP@fotofolio.com

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your shipping address with two weeks notice. Subscriptions will be processed WHEN they are received and on the same day of each month thereafter.

 

SHIPPING

Standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail is included in all orders in the United States. Orders ship within 1 - 5 business days at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Please allow for additional time during the Covid-19 crisis.

We offer standard international shipping via USPS First Class Mail International. international shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. Please allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks to receive your purchase once the package has been shipped. While we do not anticipate any duties, if any are incurred at customs, they are the assumed responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by FOTOFOLIO.

Due to widespread transportation cancellations and restrictions, the Postal Service™ has temporarily suspended international mail service to certain destinations. See USPS site.


FOTOFOLIO IS not responsible for shipping information that was entered incorrectly once the order has shipped. If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us via email to correct.
